電話取次サービスのお仕事です。
【具体的には…】
電話がかかってきたら
(1)電話をとる
「●●様はいらっしゃいますか?」
→『現在、席を外しております」
(2)内容を聴く
→『後ほど、●●より折り返し連絡致します。』
(3)聞いた内容をメールやチャット、メッセンジャー
で伝言する
という簡単な流れを繰り返すだけのお仕事です。
"電話の取次ぎのみ"のお仕事なので
問い合わせ対応やクレーム対応はありません

電話がかかってきたら、
画面にどの契約者様宛の電話か表示されるので
マニュアル通りに対応をお願いします。
業種により、
対応内容は多少変わりますが
内容を聞いて → 文字入力して伝言する
という流れは一緒なので、
慣れてきたら難しいことはありません
様々な業種のお客様の電話代行を行っている
80名のコールセンターの中で対応するので、
"オフィスで1人ぼっちで電話番をする"
ということはないので安心です◎
