ご来店されたお客様へ、対面による貸付等の接客業務及び営業に携わる業務をお願いします。

(雇入れ直後)顧客管理業務 (変更の範囲)会社の定める業務

経験不問 幅広い顧客対応を行うため、意欲・人物重視の採用を行います。 先輩社員の殆どが未経験での入社です。

9時00分〜18時00分(昼休憩60分)

残業は固定残業内で収まる程度です。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥265,200 〜 ¥407,250は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥51,000〜¥78,450(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給 265,200円 ~ 407,250円 (※想定年収 3,850,000円 ~ 6,000,000円)

月給265,200円(基本給147,000円、職能手当67,200円,固定残業代51,000円)~ 月給407,250円(基本給226,000円、職能手当102,800円,固定残業代78,450円)

・固定残業代は時間外労働の有無にかかわらず30時間分を支給します。基本的に30時間を超える事はございませんが、超過分については法定通り追加で支給します。

・別途、皆勤手当(6,000円~10,000円)は遅刻欠勤がない場合に支給します。

・試用期間は6ヶ月で、その間の雇用形態の条件に変更はありません。

※給料については、経歴や資格等考慮し決定します。

【収入例】

入社2年 営業主任(家族あり)の場合 月収約30万 推定年収約450万円

入社3年 主任(家族あり)の場合 月収約34万、推定年収約500万円

入社10年 店長(家族あり)の場合 月収約50万 推定年収約760万円

※入社2年以上の95%が役職者となっています。

◇ 賞与年3回(うち1回は決算賞与です)

◇ 永年勤続褒賞金制度あり(勤続1年目1万円、2年目2万円と1年ごとに支給し、勤続5年目までで合計15万円支給、5年目以降は5年区切りで10万円、15万円、20万円、25万円、30万円、35万円、勤続40年目で40万円と勤続年数分の褒賞金を支給します)
