保育業界の人材不足という

◎保育士・幼稚園教諭への

キャリアカウンセリング(40~50名/月)

◎保育園法人の採用ニーズヒアリング

◎求人情報の提案・修正

◎保育士と保育園のマッチング

◎入職後フォローおよび書類作成

~入社後の流れ~

1日目:音声データで業務理解

2~4日目:座学研修

(業界知識や面談ノウハウ)

5日目以降:OJTで実践スタート

(執行役員が伴走)

最大6ヶ月の手厚いフォローで

勤務時間・曜日:

年俸制:360万円~540万円(月額30万~45万円)

※Q達成インセンティブあり:最大月54万円支給
