現在の仕事内容
現在、私はファクトリーアウトソーシング事業部の戦略推進部 営業戦略推進グループに所属しており、フィールドセールスのリーダーとして活動しています。主に新規の製造工場に対して、専門職社員の派遣や、ファクトリーアウトソーシング事業部が提供可能なその他のサービス提案をチームとして行っています。
その中でリーダーとして、メンバーの営業プロセス管理やその他の業務管理を行っていて、メンバーの打ち合わせに同行して商談改善活動にも取り組んでおり、チーム全体の成果を向上させるために日々努めています。
今に至るまで
不安な気持ちがいつの間にかワクワクに
前職では進学塾の英会話部門で英会話講師として働いていました。
もともと人材業界にも興味があり、英語力を活かしながら人材ビジネスに関わりたいという思いから、外国籍の方が多く活躍する工場現場でサポートができないかと考え、製造業に特化したエフエージェイ(現:ウィルオブ・ワーク ファクトリーアウトソーシング事業部)に応募しました。
実際に入社してみると、前職とのギャップを感じる部分もありましたが、配属先の方々がとてもサポーティブで親切だったため、未経験の私でも問題なく業務に取り組むことができました。
最初は不安な気持ちもありましたが、同じ拠点で働く仲間と共に過ごす中で「このメンバーとならどんなことも挑戦できる」と感じ、不安がいつの間にかワクワクする気持ちに変わっていたことを覚えています。
子育てと仕事を両立するために
「ワーママだから無理」という殻を破った結果
仕事・子育て・家事を両立することや、仕事に役立つ勉強のための自分の時間を捻出するのが大変ですが、時間に追われる中でも限られた時間を有効に活用し、効率よく活動する方法を考えながら最大限のパフォーマンスを発揮しようと努力しています。
私は、新たなことに挑戦し続け、周りにポジティブな影響を与えられるキャリアを目指しています。
育休復帰直後は「自分にはこれ以上無理だ」と口癖のように言って、自分の限界を決め込んでしまい、何もうまくいかない時期もありました。
そんな状況に嫌気がさして「小さな子どもを持つワーママだから無理」という殻を破った結果、苦手だった営業でも成果を上げ、賞を受賞でき、結果としてリーダーに昇格することができました。
これからも、挑戦を通じて変わることができるなら、さらに自己成長をし、学んだことを活かして関わってくださる方々のお役に立てる存在でいたいと強く思っています。

通勤にかける時間が減った分、子どもとの貴重な時間を増やすことができ、子育てと仕事をうまく両立できるようになったと感じています。
こうした働きやすさが、自分の生活をより充実させてくれています。
私の働きがい
「やっと組織の役に立てた」と思える瞬間
私が働きがいを感じる瞬間は、組織に数字で貢献できた時や、自分の存在意義を実感できた時です。
私のチームは、ファクトリーアウトソーシング事業部の未来を作るために新規企業を獲得する役割を担っているため、必要な目標数字を達成したときには、「やっと組織の役に立てた」と思います。
この気持ちが自分の存在意義に繋がりますし、チームとして求められている目標を達成に導いた瞬間には、何よりの働きがいを感じられます。
また、私自身に自信があまりない中で、「橋田さんが上司でよかった」「橋田さんがいたから受注できた」と言ってもらえることは本当に嬉しく、自分なんかでも誰かのためになれるんだ、とこんなに嬉しく感じる瞬間はないなと思います。
よりハイレベルなチーム作りを
私は、営業推進部内でハイパフォーマーを多数輩出し、常にファクトリーアウトソーシング事業部をリードできる組織作りに挑戦していきたいです。
ただ、私自身がまだ未熟な部分があるため、まずは工業系製品製造業の業務知識や教育・マネジメントについてしっかりと勉強していく必要があると感じています。
幸いにも、私の上司はこれらの分野におけるプロフェッショナルであり、私の未熟な点をカバーしてくれる方です。
上司の力も借りながら、個々のメンバーの能力と連結力を最大化させるための教育プランを策定し、高い成果を出し続けられるハイレベルなチームを作り上げていきたいと思っています。
この取り組みを通じて、私自身も共に成長しながら全力を尽くしていきたいです。
