【仕事内容】


\内勤メインの技術サポート/

設備メンテナンス経験者を募集

(年数問わず、ご経験があればOKです)

【仕事内容(内勤メイン/技術サポート)】

・店舗設備に関する技術サポート業務(電話中心)

・コールセンターオペレーターからの技術的な相談対応

・トラブルの一次解決率向上・対応フォロー

・将来的にはサポートチームの運営・管理を担当

※管理職候補としての募集です

※原則内勤ですが、状況により一部現場対応あり

【具体的な対応内容】

・店舗からの設備トラブルに関する技術サポート

  • 自動ドアが開かない

空調が動かない

冷蔵庫・冷凍庫が冷えない

照明がつかない

コンセント・配線の不具合 など

・オペレーターへの技術的アドバイス・対応指示

【入社後のステップ】

STEP1:入社後~

  • 技術サポート担当として、オペレーターの相談窓口を担当

トラブルの早期解決をサポート

自社サービス・設備理解の習得

※必要に応じて研修センター(リペアセンター)で研修あり

STEP2:入社3か月後~

  • サポートチーム業務を担当

新人・採用時の教育

既存オペレーター向け勉強会の実施

教育資料の作成

システム関連対応(導入・調整)

付随業務(備品発注、売上計上 など)

内勤メインで無理なスケジュールはなく、スタッフと協力しながら進めるので安心

空調・照明だけでなく、業務用電子レンジ、自動ドア、ソフトクリームマシン、消防設備、自動ドア、給排水衛生設備など、

さまざまな機器のメンテナンススキルが習得できます。

想定年収 4,200,000円 ~ 6,300,000円

※上記の想定年収は、賞与2回/年(計2か月分)と想定の残業代(15時間/月)を含んだ金額です。

実際の年収は、残業時間等によって変動いたします。

  • 最短4年で管理職(マネージャー)昇格が可能です(現行人事制度 S2等級でご入社の場合)
