【 Job Description】

■Responsibilities

As an engineer responsible for driving projects forward, you will be involved in the design and construction of systems leveraging cloud and AI technologies. The cloud platforms used include Azure, AWS, and GCP, and the specific platform(s) will be selected based on your skill set and areas of interest. Most of the projects are prime contracts, and work is carried out in project-based team structures.

(Upon hiring): Responsibilities include cloud-based system implementation and related tasks

(Scope of change): All duties as defined by the company (which may include assignments at partner companies per personnel regulations)

・Participate in client meetings, regular check-ins, and project proposal discussions, including requirements gathering

・Define requirements, and perform system design, implementation, and testing

・Design operations and propose/implement continuous improvements

・Conduct architecture and technical validations to support client proposals (leveraging the latest technologies and services)

・Contribute to internal DX (digital transformation) and cloud service development (including participation in new initiatives involving emerging technologies such as AI, beyond client projects)

■ Post-Joining Work Overview:

Upon joining, you will receive training based on your existing skills within the company's Cloud Delivery Division. After that, you will participate in either our prime client projects or internal initiatives as a Project Manager (PM), Project Leader (PL), Pre-sales Engineer, or Engineer. All projects are conducted as part of a team, ensuring strong follow-up support after joining.

A notable feature of this role is that, in addition to your assigned project hours, time is allocated for you to take on challenges in rapidly evolving technological areas—such as technical validation, internal digital transformation (DX), and the development of new services. 【Requirements】

■Required

・1+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure design and development, regardless of domain or vendor

・1+ year of experience in on-premises or in-house infrastructure design and development

■Preferred

・Experience communicating directly with clients (e.g., for proposals)

・Possession of any Azure, AWS, or GCP certification (Associate level or above)

・Experience serving as a team leader or sub-leader (for teams of around 3 or more members)
