Key Responsibilities
- Supplier Selection Process/ develop a supply base that provides competitive advantage in quality, value/cost, delivery and technology.
- Continuous involvement in the Supplier Selection Process to develop a supply base that provides competitive advantage in quality, value/cost, delivery and technology.
- Performing quality problem resolutions and incident management, drive root cause and correction action.
- Performing the supplier technical audit process and evaluating supplier performance and capability, drive continuous improvement opportunities at supplier.
- Evaluates technical requirements of new and existing products. Applies knowledge of qualified sources and products for system improvements, increased prodict reliabiliity and mitigated risk.
- Support product development and improvement teams for qualified suppliers and product reliability
