【プログラムの説明/Explanation of program】
Jrアクチュアリータレントプログラムは、ジュニアのアクチュアリー、学科の新卒、または1-2年の社会人経験を有する高いポテンシャルを持つ方を対象としています。参加者は、ファイナンス、リスクマネジメント、プロダクトの3つのエリアを9ヶ月ずつ交代で担当します。参加者は、以下の研修・教育を受けることができます。
1) トレーニング:コミュニケーション/アクティブリスニングスキル、問題解決、クリティカルシンキング・分析的思考、プレゼンテーション・スキル、アンコンシャス・バイアス・トレーニング、ITスキル、PBI、Excel、Accessなど。
2) メンター: 部署長および/またはシニアアクチュアリーとの1on1
3) 実務: オンザジョブトレーニング
Jr Actuary Talent Program is targeting very junior actuary, maths new grads or 1-2 year work experienced very junior people with high potential. Participants will be assigned each in one area (Finance, Risk Management, Product) to be rotated 9months for each three divisions. Participants will receive following development means:
1) Trainings: Communication/active listening skills, problem solving, critical, analytical thinking, presentation skills, Unconscious Bias training, IT skills: PBI, Excel, Access, etc.
2) Mentoring: 1on1 with division manager and/or Sr. Actuary
3) Assignment: on the job training

プログラム開始後、5年以内の準会員資格取得を目指します。受験前には数日受験準備として学習時間を勤務とみなします。またプログラム期間中は予め試験勉強時間を一定時間確保をする形で補助とします。
You can develop your career as an actuary through experience in work and training in the key departments responsible for actuarial-related work within life insurance companies.
You may participate in discussions with NN Group's Dutch headquarters and other business units (Europe).
Putting yourself in a dynamic culture and business environment will give you the breadth and depth of your career.
Aim to become Associate Actuary (準会員) in five years. In addition, we consider studying time as work for several days before the exam, and we provide support by ensuring a certain amount of time for exam preparation during the program period.

A strong interest in mathematical analysis and willing to obtain an actuarial qualification.

・業務にて数理分析に関する経験があること
・ビジネスレベルの日本語及び英語
Have a university education in mathematical analysis, e.g. in mathematics.
Experience in mathematical analysis in the workplace.
Business level fluency in Japanese and English
