※9:00~22:00の間で、1日あたり平均実働8時間の勤務となります。

※10:00~19:00で働く社員が多いです。

社内報・カタログ・パンフレット・・・各種印刷物の校正作業の管理者をお任せします

企業向けに、アウトソーシングサービスを提供する当社。

校正案件の管理者としてあなたには業務フローやスタッフの管理をお任せします。スタッフが安心して活躍できるようバックアップしましょう。

  • 業務フローの整理

お客様と打ち合わせを実施。案件コントロールや納期管理をします。

必要なスタッフ人数の検討も行ない、人手が足りなければ増員も依頼しましょう。

  • 品質管理・プロセス改善

校正ルールの策定し、チェックリストの作成します。

「ここは変えた方が良い」「問題が発生した」ということがあれば、問題点を洗い出して改善し運用フローの最適化をしましょう。

  • 運営

シフトや日報の作成や定期面談、スタッフの採用や日々のコミュニケーション、スタッフ教育などもお任せします。
