「【海浜幕張】建設管理分野の技術スタッフ(EM&プロセス設計)」のポジションの求人です
【ミッション】
カーボンニュートラル化や新規事業促進の為の建設プロジェクト業務(FS~EPC、試運転)にてエンジニアマネージャー(EM)またはプロセス設計担当をお任せします。

■カーボンニュートラル分野についてはSAF(Sustainable Aviation Fuel)やアンモニアなどの次世代エネルギーの創出、先進マテリアル材料分野ではリチウム固体電解質やバイオ燃料などの新規事業化によるエネルギートランジションに貢献することが出来ます。
■また、建設プロジェクトや技術課題を通して、社内外の関係者や海外ライセンサーと協働する機会も多く、自分自身を成長に繋がる環境やチャンスが多くあります。
【期待する役割】
カーボンニュートラル化、先進マテリアル材料・成長事業、生産・設備の再構築等の出光グループ内の建設プロジェクト業務(FS~EPC、試運転)にてエンジニアマネージャー(EM)またはプロセス設計担当者としての建設管理・遂行業務を実施して頂きます。
また、出光グループ内の製油所および事業所における省エネ・合理化等の各種PJ・JOBの設計業務・技術検討業務、トラブルシューティング業務も実施して頂きます。
【組織ミッション】
■配属先の生産技術センターは、設備管理戦略の具体化、国内外の製油所・工場・製造事業所への技術支援、新規事業開発を担っています。
■その中で、設計・プロジェクト統括グループでは、エンジニアリング力・設計技術力にて、建設プロジェクト業務の推進と事業展開支援、製造拠点の運転・保全面での操業支援を行い、社会や会社へ貢献していくことをミッションとして掲げています。■また、設計建設全般に関する標準化の企画・推進・統括、グループ内および各事業所のEM・CM人財の育成も担っています。

【求める人材】
【必須要件】
▽石油精製・石油化学・その他エネルギー分野における以下いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方
■建設プロジェクト業務の経験
■上記もしくはそれに準ずる大型製造設備でのプロセス設計業務経験
■上記もしくはそれに準ずる大型製造設備での運転管理・技術支援等の経験
■化学工学の知識およびプロセス設計の経験
【歓迎要件】
〇危険物取扱者(乙種4類)
〇高圧ガス製造保安責任者(甲種)
【給与】
年収 660 ~ 1100 万円
上限年収については、残業ならびに住宅手当(支給条件有)を含んだモデル年収となります。
該当条件に応じて年収について上下いたします。
※年収例:約1076万円(残業代20h/月、住宅手当5万/月 込み)
なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
