老人福祉センターで、センター長として施設全体の運営を担当していただきます。

堺市からの委託を受けて運営している老人福祉センターにおいて、センター長として施設運営全般の管理を行っていただきます。センターは、堺市にお住まいの60歳以上の元気な高齢者の方々が、健康づくり・仲間づくり・趣味活動などを通じて、生きがいのある毎日を過ごすための場として利用されています。センター長の主な役割は、施設全体の運営管理です。具体的には、職員やスタッフの業務調整・マネジメント、施設内の設備や備品の管理、安全で清潔な環境づくり、日々の運営スケジュールの管理などを担当していただきます。

60歳以上の方については、雇用制度あり、別途説明させていただきます。

給与


月給 21万200円

(一律手当を含む)

・給与金額には管理手当10,000円含む

・賞与年3カ月(6月1ヶ月分、12月2ヶ月分支給)/基本給に支給率を乗じて算出

・退職金制度有

・住居手当~30,000 円(本人名義で賃貸、家賃が30,000 円未満の場合は家賃相当額)

・扶養手当~26,000 円(配偶者:8,000 円、子ども一人:6,000 円(配偶者がいない場合は12,000 円))

・通勤手当:公共交通機関を利用される場合は、定期代相当額を支給

交通費:通勤交通費全額支給

  • 公共交通機関を利用される場合は、実費支給します。
  • 車(自転車含む)を使用される場合は、2km~5km 月額2,100円、5km~10km 月額4,200円〔10km超については、段階的に増加〕を支給します。

駐車場はございませんので、近隣駐車場をご自身で契約していただきます。

給与例


月20日勤務:基本給200,200円、管理手当10,000円、扶養手当20,000円(配偶者、子ども二人)、住居手当30,000円(3万円以上の賃貸住宅) (月収例260,200円)※別途交通費

賞与630,600円(夏季210,200円、冬期420,400円)、年収3,753,000円
