対象疾患:認知症

単位数・リハビリ人数・訪問件数:5名/日前後(定員10名/日) ※非常勤の場合はこの限りではありません

【仕事内容】

理学療法士業務全般をお任せします。

・利用者さまに合わせた機能訓練プログラムの作成・実施

・集団での体操・レクリエーションの企画・運営

・体力測定や身体機能の評価・モニタリング

・介護スタッフへの介助方法のアドバイス など
