【大阪梅田/転勤無】プレイングマネージャー(法人向け不動産営業)土日休/プライム上場/年休120日

西日本有数の総合ディベロッパーである当社において、不動産買取再販事業のマネージャーをお任せします。

※新規事業:ビルや倉庫といった非住宅物件の仕入れや土地仕入れ~開発~販売までを一気通貫で行う事業

  • 職務内容:【変更の範囲:会社の定める業務】

法人・地主に対し営業を行い、物件の仕入れをお任せし、主に法人向けに仕入れた物件を販売します。※土地の用途開発にも関与

あらゆる不動産に関する知識経験を積むことができるため、真の不動産のプロフェッショナルになれます。
