その解決策として、設備の統廃合や監視の統合化(大規模化)が急速に進んでいます。

【職務概要】

国内上下水プラントを中心に、AI・ITを活用した監視制御システムやデータ解析のためのシステム設計・開発を担います。

顧客との仕様打合せをはじめ、社内外の様々な関係者と協働しながら、社会インフラのDXを推進し、AIによる効率化・自動化を実現するプロジェクトをリードします。

PoC(概念実証)から本番導入まで幅広く関与し、運転最適化や上下水道事業の持続可能な経営に向けた新たな価値創出にも挑戦していただきます。

ハードウェア・ソフトウェア設計部門と連携し、開発工程管理やメンバー進捗管理を行いながら、社会インフラの高度化を支えるやりがいのあるポジションです。

【職務詳細】

上長指導のもと、以下の業務を遂行いただきます。

・顧客ニーズ分析・要求定義・・・上下水道事業体の課題を把握し、AI・ITを活用したソリューションを提案

・システム設計・仕様策定・・・監視制御システムやデータ解析システムの設計・開発、技術標準・仕様書の作成、AIの安全性確保に関する設計

・開発工程管理・進捗管理・・・プロジェクト計画に基づく進捗・コスト管理、リスク管理、品質設計

・ソフトウェア開発・検証・・・AIモデルの実装、データ処理、テスト・検証

・顧客・協力会社との折衝・・・仕様調整、導入計画の策定、PoCから本番導入までの調整

・改善・イノベーション活動・・・既存システムの改善提案、DX推進に向けた新技術導入提案

・メンバ指導及び育成

チームについて:

配属先は上下水道施設向けシステムの設計・開発を担う10名程度のチームです。

年齢層は20代から60代まで幅広く、若手からベテランまで多様な経験を持つメンバーが在籍しています。

新技術への挑戦を歓迎する文化があり、個々のパフォーマンスを最大限発揮できる環境です。協調性を重視し、知識共有やチーム内レビューも活発に行われています。

働き方について:

基本は出社勤務ですが、業務状況に応じて在宅勤務も可能です。

顧客との打合せや現地調査のため、月に2~3回程度の国内出張が発生する場合がありますが、短日程(日帰り〜2、3日程度)が中心です。

柔軟な働き方を推進し、ワークライフバランスを重視した職場です。

応募資格

【必須条件】

下記の業務経験をお持ちの方:

1.監視制御システムや情報システムの設計経験、もしくはプログラミング言語(C/C++, C#, Python, Rなど)を用いた開発業務の経験

2.プロジェクトにおける進捗管理や顧客折衝の経験(3年以上)

【歓迎条件】

下記条件のいずれかのご経験がある方

・AIモデル開発や機械学習フレームワーク(TensorFlow、PyTorch、scikit-learn)を用いた開発経験

・クラウド環境(AWS、Azure)でのシステム構築・運用経験

・MLOps、Docker、Kubernetesなどの開発・運用経験

・水循環に関する基礎知識、上下水道施設やプラント制御に関する知識

・水質データや流量データの解析経験

・社会インフラのDX推進に関する経験

・プロジェクトリーダーとしての進捗管理・顧客折衝経験

・読み書き・メール利用に支障のないレベルの英語力

※募集開始時の想定であり、選考を通じて決定の上、オファー時にご説明いたします。

【給与】

■月給:463,000〜605,000円

■年収:7,800,000〜10,300,000円

(参考)ポジション別の理論年収

本部長クラス以上:約1,700万円〜3,000万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

部長クラス :約1,450万円〜2,000万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

課長クラス :約1,150万円〜1,500万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

主任クラス :約800万円〜1,050万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

担当者クラス :約500万円〜750万円 (+賞与業績反映分+諸手当)

※内訳:月給12ヵ月分および標準的な賞与(賞与業績反映分、時間外勤務手当や住宅手当等の諸手当は別途支給。ただし、主任クラスおよび担当者クラス上限の年収は、裁量労働勤務手当を含む。)

※担当者クラス下限の年収は大学学部卒初任給ベースで算出

※ポジションの職責の大きさに応じて報酬を決定するため、同じクラスの中でも年収の幅があります。
