【職務概要】
顧客の次世代型事業モデルへの変革をリードするコンサルティング組織において、ライフサイエンス・製薬系DX事業を推進する、マーケティングコンサルタントを募集します。
クライアント企業の課題やニーズを深く理解し、
医療・ヘルスケア業界の知見とDXに関する専門知識を駆使しながら、
顧客接点変革を実現するための戦略立案から実行までを担っていただきます。
特に、顧客接点における体験価値(CX)の向上を意識し、
患者・医療従事者・クライアント企業の従業員など
多様なステークホルダーの視点を取り入れた施策設計が求められます。
【職務詳細】
・ライフサイエンス・製薬企業のDX推進戦略の策定・実行支援
・顧客の課題やニーズを把握し、最適なソリューション提案
・プロジェクトチームを編成し、進捗管理、品質管理
・クライアントとのコミュニケーション、合意形成
・市場調査、競合分析、データ分析に基づく戦略立案
・新規事業開発、業務改革、組織改革等のコンサルティング
・提案資料作成、プレゼンテーションの実施
