大阪市内で展開するセレクトショップおよびギャラリーの複数店舗を横断的に支え、

ブランド価値の向上と円滑な運営をリードしていただきます。

・店舗・売上マネジメント

複数店舗の運営管理、売上実績の分析と改善策の立案。

・スタッフ育成・チームビルディング

スタッフの教育、モチベーション管理、シフト調整のサポート。

・バイイング・MDサポート

新商品の仕入れ(バイイング)業務への参画。

市場のニーズを読み、魅力的なラインナップを追求します。

・クリエイティブ・販促企画

店舗ディスプレイの監修、販売促進キャンペーンやSNS・イベントの企画・実施。

・クオリティ・在庫管理

商品品質のチェック監督、在庫の適正化、店舗間連携の強化。
