「Sales/セールス(シニアレベル)【AI SaaS事業部】」のポジションの求人です

【期待する役割】

AI SaaS事業本部にて、当社の最先端テクノロジーが搭載されたAISaaSプロダクトのセールス、新規事業開発、事業統括としてのグロースなどを担当いただきます。AI SaaS事業本部は、建設業界特化のバックオフィスDXサービス「Digital Billderシリーズ」や、建設業界特化の生成AIサービス「AIコンストシェルジュ 光/Hikari」などを複数展開し、立ち上げから約3年間で導入企業数が700社を超えるなど、急激に拡大している事業です。

【業務内容】

ご希望などに応じてお任せする業務を決定します

■セールスマネージャー|セールス戦略策定から実行指揮、数値管理

■インサイドセールス|商談アポイントの獲得施策の立案・実行

■フィールドセールス|商談から契約の獲得までのセールス

■新規事業開発|新サービスのヒアリング、機能要件定義、ニーズ検証、リリース

■プロダクト事業責任者|Sales, CS, Devを統括し、プロダクトの売り上げや利益に責任を持つ

■法人営業経験3年以上

■クライアントと建設的なコミュニケーションが取れること

■目標数値にコミットする力

■営業チームのマネジメント経験

【給与】

年収 700 ~ 1000 万円

経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
