現場のデータを見て「どう改善できるか」を考える【データアナリスト業務】です

数字や事実をもとに

「なぜこうなっているのか」

「どうすればもっと良くなるか」

を考え、分かりやすく伝えていくポジションです。

生産業務や購買業務など、サプライチェーンに関する社内の様々な現場データを活用した分析・改善業務をお任せします。

工場内で稼働する設備・工程データ、業務実績データなどを収集・整理し、課題抽出から改善の提案までを幅広く対応いただきます。

扱うのは、工場や業務の中で自然に出てくるデータです。

・生産数・品質・設備の動きなどのデータ収集、整理

・データを見て、課題や傾向を見つける

・DX化に向けたデータ基盤を整備、分析、運用支援

・データ可視化ツールの構築、関係者への共有

プログラミングやAIの専門家でなくてもOK

必要な知識は、入社後に段階的に身につけられます。

【入社1年目】…OJTを中心に、サプライチェーンに関する専門知識や、仕事の進め方・コミュニケーションなどの基礎スキルを習得します。

【入社3年目】…単独でデータ分析やDX推進などを通じて実務を一通りこなせるようになり、サブリーダーとしてプロジェクトを担当することも可能です。

【入社10年目】…各事業部門を横断した改善活動をリードし、マネジメントやプロダクトマネージャーとして活躍できるレベルを目指します。
