【仕事内容】

コールセンタースタッフとして、

ブラザーグループの製品に関する

お問い合わせ対応をお任せします

(受電メイン・一部メールあり)。

プリンター・複合機・スキャナー

ラベルプリンターなど、

家庭用から業務用まで

さまざまな製品のサポートを行います。

・製品の使用方法や設定手順のご案内

・エラーや故障などのトラブルシューティング

・購入前相談への対応

・内容の入力/履歴記録(専用システム)

・一部メール対応あり

<お問い合わせ例>

「印刷できない」

「色がかすれる」

「紙詰まりを解消したい」

「無線LANがつながらない」

「スキャンできない」など、

お客さまのお困りごとを

電話でサポートしていきます。

※業務割合:電話9割/入力1割

※ヘッドセットを着用しての対応です

※導入研修2週間&

常駐リーダーのサポートあり

勤務時間・曜日:

シフト制/以下2パターンの時間帯で勤務

【1】9:00~17:00

(実働7時間+休憩80分)

【2】9:00~18:00

(実働8時間+休憩80分)

※業務に慣れてから、

週に2~3回程度、【2】のシフトあり

慣れるまでは【1】のシフトのみ

※土曜出勤あり

(月1~2回/平日に振替休日あり)

※残業基本なし(あっても19時まで)

休暇・休日:

・完全週休2日制(シフト制)

・土日祝、GW、夏季、年末年始

・土曜勤務の場合は平日に

振替休日取得可能

・有給休暇

(半休取得可/消化率95%以上)

時給1400円+交通費

※研修期間中は時給1300円

(初回契約更新まで)

※1回あたり2,000円の土曜出勤手当あり
