仕事内容:
全国に校舎をもつ英語に力を入れるインターナショナル保育園で実施する、英検対策のレッスンを提供頂くお仕事です。(基本は日本語で教えていただきます)
対面授業を基本とし、教室内で複数人の子どもたち(3~6人)への指導をしていただきます。
各施設に訪問し、子どもたちに英検対策講座を楽しく・わかりやすく提供しながら、子どもたちのやる気を引き出していただきます。
教材・カリキュラムの詳細はレッスン回ごとに全て弊社でご準備させて頂きます。
講師の方にはカリキュラムに沿ったレッスンを行って頂けますので、レッスン準備のご負担を少なくご勤務頂けます。
<レッスン概要>
新学期が始まる4月から卒園の3月まで実施されるカリキュラム
└対象クラス:英検4級→3級
└レッスン開始時刻:8:00〜8:50
└レッスン時間:60分(レッスン指導料 2,940〜3,000円 )
└レッスン頻度:1コマ/週(*複数校舎を担当頂く場合は、この限りではありません)
(*各校舎 週1回の開講ですが、スキップする週があります)

・対象年齢は年長(5-6歳児)となります。

勤務時間・曜日:
- 火曜〜金曜のうち週1日以上
- 授業時間:朝8時〜8時50分
- 授業時間の前後で準備、片付けがあります。
スクールによって曜日が異なりますが、ご希望にできるだけお応えします。
休暇・休日:
土日祝日は休みです。
勤務地:
複数のスクールで募集しています。
週1日勤務ご希望の方は、1つのスクールだけをご担当いただきます。
週2日以上の勤務をご希望の方は、通勤可能なエリアにあるスクールをいくつか担当いただければと思います。(歓迎です)

給与:
代講をしていただく場合は、報酬額×120%となります。
待遇・福利厚生:
- 交通費は全額支給
- 業務に応じて時給や報酬が変動します。
- 指導業務:1時間2,940円〜3,000円
- 研修等:1,180円〜1,200円
