\「商売」を本気で考える1day仕事体験/

「商社の仕事」と聞いて、どんなイメージを思い浮かべますか?

本プログラムでは、"商社=商売"の本質に向き合い、

仕組みづくりから収益を生み出すまでを体感していただきます

ビジネスの流れを理解し、自分たちの戦略で成果を最大化する―

そんな商社ならではの面白さと奥深さを、1日で学べる仕事体験です

【プログラム内容】

(1)会社・事業理解

前半は、まずは当社の事業概要を中心に、

商社としてどのようなフィールドで事業を展開しているのかをご紹介します。

プログラム後半に向けて、理解を深めていただく時間です。

(2)グループワーク

後半は「商売についてより深く考える」ビジネス体験をしていただきます。

当社は、商社として幅広い分野で事業を展開しています。

時代の流れを捉えながら新たな分野にも挑戦し、

事業領域を広げ、地域経済を支えてきました。

枠にとらわれない商社だからこそ、生まれる事業の可能性は多く、

これからも新たな挑戦が続いていきます。

本仕事体験では、

・商売の流れ

・経済の仕組み

を学びながら、1つのビジネスモデルをグループで構築していきます。

事業計画の立案から収支計算までを行い、

商社のビジネスモデルを理解したうえで、

経営者視点で考える経験ができる内容です。

自由な発想を活かした、皆さんならではの提案を期待しています
