職務詳細

中期計画、予算策定から携わり、事業部とともに課題抽出・解決案の検討、財務観点におけるチェック・バランスの担保を推進し、正しい経営判断をタイムリーに実行するための土台を構築していきます。

【募集背景】

子会社横断で管理会計の経営のモニタリングを統一化し基準を引き上げていくことを目的に、経営企画部を立ち上げました。新たに組織を拡大していくべくの増員募集となります。

【具体的な職務内容】

経営と事業の間に立ち、戦略的な事業成長を支援する組織です。

(1)予算編成

  • 中期計画策定
  • 年次の予算策定
  • 事業部門との調整、推進

(2)予実差異分析

  • 予実分析
  • 要因分析、課題抽出、改善案の提示

(3)フォーキャスト

  • 予実分析に基づく着地見通し策定
  • 市場動向や実績に基づく計画の見直し、事業方針変更提案

(4)経営レポートの作成

  • 財務レポートの作成
  • 経営への定期報告

(5)経営意思決定支援

  • 新規事業、投資、M&A等の財務分析
  • 経営におけるKPI設計、モニタリング

  • 基本リモート(週2,3は出社)、フレックス制度としてはないものの基本一日8時間勤務という決まりの中、ご自身のワークライフバランスに合わせて柔軟な働き方が可能です。また、残業はMAX45時間です。

<経験・スキル>

【必須要件】

  • 経営企画、FP&Aの実務経験(3年以上)
  • 管理会計の実務経験(3年以上)

※Excel/Google spreadseatを用いた財務分析、モデリング、レポーティングを含む

【歓迎要件】

  • BIツールの利用経験
  • 財務会計経験
  • IT業界での財務分析、財務モデリングに携わった経験
  • 管理会計に関するBPRに携わった経験
