In this role, you will maximise audience engagement and business revenue by planning, proposing, producing, and distributing football content, while expanding reach to new customer segments.
By working closely with a wide range of stakeholders, you will directly contribute to achieving business objectives and maximising the value of broadcast rights through content, making this a highly impactful role.

Senior Producer(サッカー)は、サッカーに関するライブ・ノンライブ・現地制作を含むコンテンツ全般を統括し、世界基準のクオリティで安定した配信を実現する役割です。
スポンサー/ビジネスサイドの期待値を理解したうえで、クリエイティブと商業的視点を両立させながら、DAZNのグローバルスタンダードと整合したコンテンツ運用をリードしていただきます。
The Senior Producer (Football) is responsible for overseeing all football-related content, including live, non-live, and on-site productions, ensuring stable delivery and world-class quality standards.
By understanding the expectations of sponsors and business stakeholders, this role leads content operations in alignment with DAZN's global standards, balancing creative excellence with commercial objectives.
What You'll Be Doing:
- エンゲージメントと事業収益最大化を目的としたサッカーコンテンツの企画・立案・提案・制作をリードする
- ステークホルダーと連携し、ビジネス上の期待値や要件を整理・共有しながら制作方針を明確化する
- 制作物・スタッフ・タレント・スケジュール・予算など、制作全体の進行・リソースを管理する
- データドリブンな視点でコンテンツをレビュー/分析し、改善施策を継続的に実行する
- 外部ベンダー、制作会社、フリーランススタッフのマネジメントおよびディレクションを行う
- 国際的なサッカー試合のライブ/ノンライブ制作や現地制作を含め、サッカー関連コンテンツの統括と運営を担い、DAZNグローバルスタンダードに沿った品質と運用を確保する
- Lead the planning, development, proposal, and production of football content to maximise audience engagement and business revenue.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define, align, and communicate business expectations and production requirements.
- Manage end-to-end production operations, including content deliverables, staff, talent, schedules, and budgets.
- Review and analyse content performance through a data-driven approach and continuously implement improvement initiatives.
- Lead and manage external vendors, production companies, and freelance staff.
- Oversee and operate all football-related content, including live, non-live, and on-site productions for international football matches, ensuring quality and operational standards aligned with DAZN's global standards.

- Extensive experience in content production and producing/directing.
- Proven experience leading and managing production teams.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to understand business rationale and cases.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to execute initiatives based on analysis and insights.
- High adaptability and a positive approach to change in fast-moving environments.
- Strong passion for sports, particularly football, with a solid understanding of the game.
- English communication skills, knowledge of multiple sports, or experience in social media (any of these will be considered an advantage).
