仕事内容
業務内容
防衛関連事業の国内営業職として、防衛省・自衛隊を主な取引先とした防衛装備品・システムに関する営業活動・契約履行業務を担当頂くことを想定しています。最先端の防衛装備品の開発を含む多数の事業が進行中であり、国家安全保障に貢献する一翼を担っていることを実感できます。
(変更の範囲)当社の定める業務全般。将来的に会社の指示する業務への変更を命ずる可能性あり。
具体的には、
①防衛装備品・システムに関する防衛省・自衛隊への提案、情報提供、営業方針検討
②防衛省、自衛隊等との調整・渉外活動(契約条件検討、見積作成、入札・価格ネゴ、契約締結)
③海外防衛関連メーカとの連携
④①②③に関わる、社内関係部門(技術、管理)との連携
防衛装備品事業という性格上、求人票に記載できる情報には制限があるため、業務内容や各拠点の詳しい情報については選考を通じて説明いたします。

当社は防衛省との契約の下、スタンド・オフ防衛能力、統合ミサイル防空分野の各事業を推進しています。今後、更なる防衛予算増額が見込まれる中、業務拡大に対応すべく政府/関係企業との交渉・調整実務の最前線で活躍頂ける即戦力人財を募集しております。
求める能力・経験・資格
必須要件
・国の安全保障・防衛に対し穏健な理解と関心がある方
・国の安全保障・防衛に係る事業に従事する責任感を持ち、情報管理等に留意して対応ができる方
・国内営業担当として事象を論理的に理解し、顧客等に正確に伝える力がある方
・基本的なビジネスマナー並びにPCスキル(Excel、Word、PowerPoint等)を有する事

・海外企業との交渉・調整実務経験

TOEIC600点以上(尚可)
