世界20以上の拠点に800名を超えるスタッフが在籍し、「本物のおもてなし」を世界中へ提供しています。
今回は、日本のおもてなし文化を活かしながら活躍していただける【ライフスタイル・コンシェルジュ】を募集します。

仕事内容
会員制の富裕層向けサービスをご利用のお客様からのご依頼に対応し、
パーソナライズされた提案と手配を行っていただきます。
ご依頼の一例:
- 接待に適した高級レストランを予約したい
- 予約困難な人気店を利用したい
- ゴルフ場やスパを手配してほしい
- 大切な人へのサプライズ演出を相談したい
仕事の流れ:
- 電話・チャットでご依頼を受付
- 社内システム・外部情報を使ってリサーチ
- ご希望に沿ったプランをご提案・手配
- 代替案やサポートも丁寧に対応
研修制度
入社後約3週間の研修を通じて、以下を学びます:
- Tenグループの理念やサービス
- 社内システムの操作方法
- 電話・メールのマナーや対応スキル
未経験の方でも安心してスタートできます
Requirements応募条件
<必須>
- 社会人経験1年以上
- サービス業での経験(業界不問)
<歓迎>
- 接客や電話応対の経験がある方
- 自発的に学び、行動できる方
- SNSやグルメサイトで情報を集めるのが得意な方
- 電話対応が得意な方
- 英語スキルを活かしたい方(※英語は必須ではありません)
