インフラ環境の構築やテスト、運用保守などのITインフラに特化したソリューションを提供しており、インフラエンジニアとして参画していただきます。

~PLとしての業務~

・PM(プロジェクトマネージャ)業務の補佐

・チーム内タスクの進捗管理(納期・品質)

・メンバやBP(ビジネスパートナー)への技術サポート・モチベーション管理

・PM(プロジェクトマネージャ)への報告や情報提供等

~PMとしての業務~

・顧客へのヒアリング、システム企画

・見積作成、人員計画作成、人員アサイン

・要件定義、各種設計

・顧客(または社内上席)への報告、プロジェクト管理(品質・コスト・納期面)

・メンバやPL(プロジェクトリーダ)への指導や教育

・保守計画策定等

【配属先】

ご本人様のスキルやご経験をもとに配属先を決定いたします。

以下いずれかの部署への配属を想定しています。

・第3ソリューション事業本部 政府・自治体・民間企業のDX推進サービスを管掌

・第5ソリューション事業本部 プライムベンダーとして主要顧客のSIサービスを管掌

・第6ソリューション事業本部 公共DX市場や通信キャリア市場でのモダナイゼーション案件を管掌

・クラウドソリューション事業本部 クラウドソリューションサービスを通じたテクニカルコンサルティングおよびテクニカルサポートサービスの提供や自社プロダクトによるアプリケーションサービスを管掌

【求める人材】

・サーバー/仮想化基盤/ネットワーク設計、各種ミドルウェア、システム更改のクラウドリフトなど、インフラ構築における設計/構築ご経験

・マネジメント経験がある方

【給与】

年収600~810万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
