工場での電子部品の組立・検査・マシンオペレーター作業

電子部品を製造する工場でのシンプル軽作業です。

スピードよりも正確さを大切にする職場なので、若者も多くのミドル・シニア世代も活躍中

難しい作業や判断は機械が担当人が行うのは「セット・ボタン操作・確認」が中心です。

エアコン完備の工程がほとんどで、力仕事はありません。

■機械操作(マシンオペレーター)

簡単なボタン操作で未経験でも心配ありません。

具体的には

・部品を機械に置いてボタンを押す

・自動で組立・検査(人の判断はほぼ不要)

・不良品を箱に分ける

・完成品を所定の場所へ置く

■部品の補充作業

体を動かしすぎない仕事がいい方に人気の工程です。

具体的には

・部品ラックを機械にセット

・小さな部品が巻かれたロール状のテープ(リール)を交換

・使用途中のリールと新しいリールをつなぎ合わせる簡単作業

・最後にスタートボタンを押すだけ

■製品箱の移動

・製品入りラックを台車で運搬

・持ち上げ作業は最小限

★ながく続けられる安心ポイント

・手順は決まっており、覚えやすいシンプルな仕事

・複雑な判断や難しい作業はありません

・重量物の扱いや無理な持ち運びがなく、腰や肩への負担は少なめ

・コツコツ作業が得意な方に向いています

【配属について】

・配属はいずれか1工程のみで複数工程を掛け持ちすることはありません(始めは1工程からスタートします。慣れてきたら少しずつ担当工程を増やしていきます。)

冷暖房完備

電子タバコのみ指定の場所で利用可能

エアコン完備のクリーンルームになりますが作業着での作業となり快適です。(クリーンスーツの着用なし)

※工程(鋳造)によっては、エアコンがない空間もあります。
