仕事内容:

【施工管理職(現場のマネジメント)】

神奈川県を中心とした一都三県で、マンション・集合住宅・商業ビル・公共施設等の大規模修繕工事における現場施工管理業務をお任せします。

【具体的な業務フロー】

・計画・準備:管理組合との打ち合わせ・説明会への出席、工事施工計画の立案、工程表の作成

・現場管理:準備工・仮設物の設置、協力会社のメンバー構成、施工品質および安全管理

・工程・予算管理:資材の発注を含む全工程管理。ITツール(ANDPAD)を活用した効率化

・竣工・引渡し:竣工図書等の作成、竣工検査の立ち会い、是正および引渡し

・アフターケア:質の高いアフターメンテナンスの提供

担当する現場は民間案件が9割を占め、100世帯以上、金額7千万〜数億円規模がメインとなります。現場への直行直帰も可能で、DX推進により残業時間の削減・改善を行っています。

・標準的な勤務時間帯:8:00~17:00

・休憩時間:120分

・1年単位の変形労働時間制(週平均労働時間:40時間00分)

給与:

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥5,000,000 〜 ¥7,000,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥30,000(25時間相当分)を含む。25時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
