「プロダクトエンジニア(kintone)」は、kintoneのWebアプリケーション開発を通じてプロダクトの価値向上に取り組むエンジニアです。要件の検討やUI/UXデザイン、設計、実装、改善提案などプロダクト開発の全工程に関わり、チームと協力しながらユーザー課題を解決します。

kintoneが提供する価値をより向上させるため、これまでのkintoneには無かった機能の開発にも積極的に取り組んでいます。例えば生成AIを使った新機能や、顧客のデータベースとkintoneを接続し、kintoneのアプリとして振る舞う機能などを開発しています。他にもチャレンジングな新機能開発を並行して進めており、日々kintoneは進化し続けています。
また、開発チームは技術やプロセスの改善にもチャレンジし続けています。最近ではレガシーなフロントエンドフレームワークをReactに置き換える取り組みや、リリースプロセスを改善し高頻度に自動リリースする仕組みの整備を行いました。これからもプロダクト・チームともに進化し続けられるようチャレンジしていきます。

■業務内容
クラウドサービス「kintone」のWebアプリケーション開発を担当していただきます。
チームで日々学び合える
kintone開発チームでは開発手法としてスクラムを採用し、1週間を1スプリントとして開発しています。開発期間中は設計やプログラミングが中心で、Webエンジニア同士がモブプログラミングなどでお互い学び合いながら開発を進めます。プロダクトマネージャー、プロダクトデザイナー、QAエンジニア、プロダクトライターとも密に連携し、チームワークを活かして効率よく品質の高いものづくりを実現しています。
住みたい場所で働ける
チームメンバーはスプリントごとに実施されるスクラムイベントに参加し、スプリント計画の策定や成果物のレビュー、振り返りなどを行います。モブプログラミングやスクラムイベントはすべてビデオ会議で開催され、メンバーは全国各地のオフィスや自宅から参加します。
