【実施プログラム】

9:30~11:00

  • ガイダンス
  • この1日でどんなことをするのか?何を学んでほしいか?をお話しします。
  • 業界、会社説明&工場見学
  • 稲沢機械製作所ってどんな業界で何する会社?気になる「?」をお話しします。
  • 一般に公開していない工場を特別にお見せします。でっかい機械、あります。

11:00~12:00

  • 部品の設計・加工体験
  • ご希望のコースに分かれて体験開始です。

設計コース

現場社員からCADの操作方法をお伝えします。その後、実際に図面を書いてみましょう

加工コース

鉄やステンレスの塊から、部品の削り出しに挑戦していただきます

設計図通りに削り出せたら、あなたはもう立派な職人?でっかい機械に触ってみてください

12:00~12:50

昼食

  • 体験先の先輩社員と一緒に社員食堂でランチをしましょう。昼食はこちらで用意します

仕事のことや休日の過ごし方など、何でも聞いて下さい

12:50~16:30

  • 設計コース、加工コースに分かれて体験の続き

16:30~17:00

  • まとめ

ゼロから学べるから安心

稲沢機械製作所では、設計から加工・組立まで一貫してモノづくりを行っていますが、入社後は現場での研修があり、工具や機械に触れたことがない人でも、段階的にスキルアップできます。

医療・自動車など、暮らしを支える分野で活躍。

私たちがつくっているのは、薬のビンをつくる機械や、注射針の研磨機、透析装置の洗浄機など、社会に欠かせない機械ばかり。

設計から据付まで一貫ものづくりの全体像が学べる。

・「設計だけ」「加工だけ」ではなく、設計製作組立据付まで、すべてを社内で完結できる環境だから、技術者としての視野が一気に広がります。

・CAD、NC旋盤、工作機械など、大学で学んだ内容を実務で活かすチャンスが豊富です。

若手のうちから裁量が大きく、意見やアイデアが通る

稲沢機械では、入社年数に関係なく「どうしたらもっと良い機械になるか」を考える場面が日常的にあります。

"技術のプロ"として、一生モノのスキルが身につく。

・金属の種類や加工の温度、摩擦、精度、図面とのすり合わせなど、現場でしか得られないノウハウが自然と身につきます。
