【仕事内容】

エンジニアとして、一連のプロダクト開発をリードしていただきながら、BASE全体の開発組織と技術方針の足並みをそろえBASE BANK内に還元するなど、以下のような役割を担っていただきます。

<具体的な仕事内容>

・プロダクト開発における技術的な意思決定のリード、遂行

・開発フローや特定領域における技術的なサポートなど、プロダクトの継続的な運用、改善を行いエンジニア全員の生産性を上げるための取り組みの主導

・他のTech Leadや基盤チームなどと足並みをそろえながら、BASE BANKとして高いアウトプットを行い続けるための指針の策定、遂行

【求める人材】

・技術選定など、影響範囲の広い技術的な意思決定とその実行を主導した経験

・PHP/Go/JavaScript(TypeScript)のいずれかの言語・周辺ツールに対する深い知識

・Webアプリケーション新規設計時のアーキテクチャ検討・ミドルウェア選定の経験

・Webアプリケーション運用に関する知識・経験

・分散システム上の複数アプリケーションやDBを横断した設計、実装スキル

・Webアプリケーションのパフォーマンスチューニングスキル

・チームのエンジニア全員の生産性を上げるための施策の策定・実施経験
