敷鉄板/仮設資材の入庫・出庫管理

仕事内容:

お任せしたいのは、当社では工場管理と呼ばれるお仕事です。

敷鉄板・仮設資材の入庫・出庫管理と工場の安全管理を行っていただきます。

【職務内容】

■敷鉄板・仮設資材の整備、入庫・出庫管理

■在庫状況の把握および営業・営業事務への情報連携

■配送ドライバーへの入庫・出庫における指示だし

■工場内・屋外の現場巡回、作業状況の進捗確認

■工場スタッフへの安全管理、指導

■安全環境活動の企画及び推進業務、事故・トラブル対応

※敷鉄板や仮設資材の入庫・出庫管理業務と工場の安全管理業務の割合は、それぞれ半々くらいです。

【【工場内での敷鉄板整備について】

建設現場などから敷鉄板が返却されたら、まずは荷下ろしから作業をスタート。

その後、鉄板についた雑物を落とし、表面の錆や傷などの凹凸をグラインダーで直したり、プレス機を使用して曲がりの修正といった工程を経て、次の現場へ再利用されます。

1日に各工場で対応する鉄板は約100枚のため、効率的かつ安全な作業進行が求められる現場です。

【作業計画と安全第一が基本】

重機なども用いて作業するため、何より安全第一で作業を行います。

(例:天候の変化(雷や強風の発生など)に応じて、屋外クレーン作業の停止を指示等)

時にはイレギュラーな対応も発生しますが、予定通りに資材を出庫できるよう、作業計画を常に見直し業務を行います。

日常的にメンバーへの声かけ・フォローなどを行い、作業が円滑に進むよう現場全体をマネジメントいただきます。

月1回、全国の工場管理者が集まり、現場での安全課題や取り組みを共有しながら、全社的な安全管理体制の強化とルール整備に携わっていただきます。ルール改定時には、安全本部が作成したマニュアルをもとに、各拠点での浸透を担い、現場に即した形での安全意識の定着を図っていただきます。現場ごとの特性に合わせた運用の見直しや、メンバーへの丁寧な落とし込みもお任せしたい大切なミッションの一つです。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥370,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥19,320〜¥28,700(10時間相当分)を含む。10時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

■昇給:年1回(4月)

■賞与あり :年2回(7月、12月)

■住宅手当(持ち家でも賃貸でも支給します。)

■家族手当

扶養内子ども1名につき、2名以降も1万円支給 ※人数の制限なし

扶養外子ども1名につき、2名以降も5千円支給 ※人数の制限なし
