【広報プロデューサー】保育園・幼稚園の課題を広報戦略で解決に導く

仕事内容


全国の幼稚園・保育園・こども園などの保育施設が抱える課題を、広報を通じて解決していく「おうちえんプロモ」事業の広報プロデューサーを募集します。「園児が集まらない」「先生が足りない」などの 経営課題を"広報戦略"で解決へ導く仕事です。園長先生の右腕として、課題抽出からブランディング、施策実行までをデザイナー、ライター、エンジニアなどのチームの中心として進めていただきます。

  • 業務詳細

・課題のヒアリング、取材/撮影

・課題抽出/戦略の企画立案

・SNS研修、立ち上げサポート(Instagram・LINEなど)

・実施スケジュール管理

・他園調査、データ分析

※撮影の立ち合いや現地での打ち合わせもあるので、月に1~2回程度の出張があります。

  • 組織構成

プロモ事業:15名+外部メンバー(担当役員1名、広報プロデューサー5名、コピーライター1名+外部複数名、デザイナー2名+外部複数名、フロントエンドエンジニア3名、SEO/MEOスペシャリスト1名、テクニカルサポート1名、カスタマーサクセス1名)

業務に必要な書籍の購入をはじめ、サポート体制も整っており入社後も安心して働いていただけます。

  • 必須条件:

・営業(法人/個人問わず)や販売での顧客折衝経験

  • 歓迎条件:

・全国の園がお客様になるためフットワークが軽い方

・Instagram等SNSの法人アカウント運用経験

・マーケティング業務のご経験

専門業務型

みなし労働時間:1日あたり9時間

*専門業務型裁量労働制(労働基準法第38条の3)に基づき、

みなし労働時間:9時間0分

子供がいる社員も多く、勤務時間は個人裁量です

家庭も仕事も大切に出来る環境を整えています。

*給与計算上は月平均161時間を基準としていますが、専門業務型裁量労働制により1日9時間働いたものとみなします。

給与


年収 円 ~ 円

月給 334000円 ~ 666667円

※専門業務型裁量労働制により、1日あたり9時間働いたものとみなします。

※上記金額には、裁量労働制に基づく手当を含みます。

※深夜・休日労働が発生した場合には、別途割増賃金を支給します。

  • ご経験・能力を考慮の上、規定により優遇いたします。

  • 昇給:毎年2回(12月、6月)見直し

試用期間あり

試用期間の長さ:6ヶ月

雇用形態、給与は本採用時と同じです。

内訳:完全週休二日制、土曜 日曜 祝日、年末年始6日
