業務内容 ホテルインディゴ東京渋谷のメインダイニング"Gallery11"のレセプションチームのレセプショニスト兼リーダーとして、主に以下の業務を担当いただきます。
  • ゲストのご案内、会計業務
  • 電話およびインターネット予約の受付および管理 
  • レストランへの問い合わせ対応
  • 調理部門との情報連携 
  • 接客サービス(朝食時)

  • スタッフへの指示出し等、スムーズなサービス提供にかかわる業務

  応募資格
  • 学歴不問
  • サービス従事者として1年程度の経験がある事
  • 日本語でのビジネス上のコミュニケーションが取れる事。英語で日常会話程度のコミュニケーションが取れる事。
  • ホテルレストランでの経験者歓迎
