勤務地は病院手掛けていただくお仕事は、病棟や外来などで必要とされる衛生材料・医薬品の準備、供給、管理、発注などを担う業務。衛生材料と医薬品を扱う重要な仕事ではありますが、決して難しくはありません。仕事の流れはすぐに覚えられます。責任がある分、大きなやりがいを感じる充実感いっぱいのお仕事です。

『病院内をよく"歩く"仕事です』
弊社の仕事は契約している病院のなかで、医療材料や機器類を揃え、医療従事者の方がもっと働きやすくなるように現場を整えるなど、院内の物流を支える仕事です。そのため仕事の特徴としては、院内を歩くことが多く、1日に1万歩から2万歩くらいになることもあります。日本人の歩数は、1日平均で、男性6,793歩、女性5,832歩といわれていますので(厚生労働省・令和1年度国民栄養調査)、平均よりも体を動かす仕事であるといえます。最初は慣れない活動量で疲れてしまう方もいらっしゃいますが、現在活躍中のスタッフには65歳以上の方も多く、最高齢では87歳の方もいらっしゃいます。もしかしたらこのよく歩く仕事が、健康維持に一役買っているのかもしれません。同時に長く働ける職場でもありますね。入社後は、先輩がついてOJTのかたちで仕事を覚えていただきます。その他、職員ハンドブックを使いながら研修も行います。約1カ月で業務の大まかな流れがわかるようになり、3カ月程度で一人でも作業できるようになります。その後も、スキルアップのための機会として勉強会も開催しています。メーカーの担当者を招いて材料の勉強をしたり、社内で接遇マナー研修を行うこともあります。

医療材料の取り揃え・リストをもとに医療材料を病棟や診療科ごとに取り揃える。医療材料の搬送・取り揃えた医療材料を各医療現場に搬送。手術室の支援業務(※術後の清掃は、やりません。)医療材料の管理・医療材料の発注、納品検収、棚入れなどの業務。間接的ではありますが、私たちは少しでも患者様の力になりたい、元気づけたいと考えて仕事に取り組んでいます。その考えに賛同できる方をお待ちしています。

衛生材料や医薬品の供給や管理をする仕事です。 - 病院内の物流管理業務(SPDシステム)を請負うなど、病院の経営をサポートし、"命を陰から支える仕事"を提供することで業績を伸ばしているエフエスユニマネジメント。そのスタッフとして、病棟や外来で使われる色んな衛生材料・医薬品の供給・管理を担当しています。衛生材料・医薬品の在庫管理・消費管理・棚卸・使用履歴の確認、病棟や外来から依頼された衛生材料・医薬品の供給、医療材料の発注・納品検収・棚入れなどの業務に携わりますが、入社してすぐは先輩がマンツーマンで指導。ミスが起こりやすい作業などは重点的にフォローしますので安心してください。
