職務内容
[仕事内容]
- OEM顧客との連携を通じて、プロジェクト要件を明確化し、コスト最適化されたZone ECU製品のハードウェア(HW)コンセプトおよびアーキテクチャを設計していただきます。
- 次世代車両のE/Eアーキテクチャを担うZone ECUにおいて、革新的なソリューション開発を推進していただきます。
- ソフトウェア、メカニクス、セールス、生産工場など、グローバルな開発ネットワークと協力し、最先端の技術を追求します。
- HWアーキテクチャに組み込むための新たな技術ソリューションを積極的に探求し、製品設計の改善を通じてコスト削減目標の達成を目指します。
- 設計したHWアーキテクチャに基づき、マイクロコントローラ、電源、高速イーサネット通信、CAN/LIN通信、アナログ/デジタル入出力、eFuseなどで構成される詳細なアナログ/デジタル回路設計をチームと共に実現します。
- HW製品の初期立ち上げから詳細な検証まで、幅広く貢献していただきます。
- 南北アメリカ、ヨーロッパ、アジアの国際的な開発チームと連携し、技術ソリューションの共有と再利用を促進していただきます。

- チームを指導・サポートし、高品質なHW製品を開発するためのリーダーシップに期待しています。
職務要件
[必須の経験・スキル]
- HWアーキテクチャ開発およびHWアナログ/デジタル設計における知識・実務経験
- 回路図作成ツール、回路シミュレーション、Mathcad、Excelなどのツール使用経験
- 日本語でのビジネスレベル以上のコミュニケーションスキル
- 英語での中級以上のコミュニケーションスキル(社内での研修有り)
[歓迎する経験・スキル]
- 自動車分野での経験
- 故障解析および設計レビューツール/手法(FMEA、DRBFMなど)の使用経験
- E/Eアーキテクチャにおける機能安全規格ISO26262の知識
- 英語でのビジネスレベルのコミュニケーションスキル

- 読み書きはビジネスレベルが必要です。会話は流暢でなくても構いませんが、意思疎通を図るため積極的なコミュニケーションと前向きに英語を学びたい方歓迎致します。
