仕事内容:
マルシェの企画・運営及び簡易な経理事務、一般事務を担当していただくお仕事です。
【主な業務内容】
- マルシェの運営管理(出店者管理、出店料請求書の作成・徴収・入金、野菜ソムリエとの連携、大学生スタッフとの連携・管理)
- 収入事務(場内事業者からの使用料等の徴収・入金)
- 支出事務(毎月の委託料や消耗品などの支払)
- 一般事務(受付業務、電話対応、書類作成、データ管理など)
- 市場協議会事務(市場まつりやその他主催事業の補助)

求める人材:
《必要な資格・スキル》
- イベント企画や経理業務に関連する実務経験あれば尚よし
- 基本的なPC操作(Word、Excel)ができる方
- 普通自動車運転の資格があれば尚良し(AT限定可)

勤務時間・曜日:
月~金 9時から17時(実働7時間) 休憩時間 12時から13時(60分)
時間外勤務 月平均10時間(第2・第4土曜日のマルシェの出勤時間を除く)
休暇・休日:
- 土日祝休み(第2・第4土曜日のマルシェに出勤した場合は時間外若しくは代休処理します。)
- 年次有給休暇
- 夏季休暇
- 特別休暇制度(慶弔休暇など)
勤務地:
国内出張の可能性なし
屋内原則禁止(喫煙場所あり)

最寄りのJR本八幡駅から徒歩約20分です。お車(バイク・自転車含む)での通勤も可能で、無料駐車場をご利用いただけます。
市場内で新鮮な野菜や果物、切花や鉢物等の購入ができ、周辺には商業施設が多数あり、お買い物も便利です。

- 通勤手当支給(上限<20,000>円/月)
