We provide over 70 various services such as online shopping mall "Rakuten Ichiba", online travel service "Rakuten Travel", online banking service "Rakuten Bank" and others including pro-sports businesses and telecommunication businesses.
Department Overview
We offer a unique opportunity to join our CEO Strategy Office (CEOSO) in Tokyo headquarter and work closely with our CEO and C-level executives to develop and execute strategic business initiatives. This is an assignment role working on various innovation projects. Once the assignment is over, we offer senior level opportunities.

Position Details
The role and responsibility given to CEOSO members is very broad, including, but not limited to:
Business development (market research, alliance negotiation, etc.)
Due Diligence and evaluation
Execution of alliance, M&A, including PMI
New service planning and launch
Identifying problems and finding solutions in the business you oversee
Increasing productivity through process improvements, etc.
What project you will work on depends on our business condition, please let us talk the details in an interview.
Mandatory Qualifications:
At least 2-3 years' experience working in a consulting firm
Desired Qualifications:
Project Management skills
Strategic Planning skills
Business level English and Japanese
