合同会社TNNの運営する就労継続支援A型事業所Fellows(フェローズ)※障がいを持った方専用の職場です。

企業様よりご注文を受けたお弁当(ランチ)の製造業務全般の作業を事業所内(市川市相之川 で行います。また、一部施設外による現地作業や配送補助業務。

【就労継続支援A型とは?】

障害者の日常生活および社会生活を総合的に支援するための法律により定められた雇用型の福祉支援事業所です。働く意欲はあるけれども、なかなか一般企業に就職できない。そんな方々に、働く場と機会を提供するのが、就労継続支援事業所になります。その中で事業所と雇用契約を結び、最低賃金の保証、失業時の給付金有りなど、実際に従業員として働いて、お給料をもらいながら、働く場所の確保と職業訓練の場所を同時に行うのが就労継続支援A型の事業所スタイルになります。

就労に必要な知識や能力が高まり体調面での安定が整った方については、一般就労への移行に向けて支援もしていきます。特に期間の定めはありませんが、1人1人の目標に合わせてご利用頂けます。

(仕事内容)

主な業務内容は、

・お客様(他業種企業様)へお届けする昼食弁当の製造・配達※一日約500~550食程度

具体的には・・・

・おかずの盛り付け 炊飯 調理 洗い場 お弁当の袋詰め 配送補助 在庫管理 翌日の仕込みや発注 店舗内清掃など

【細分化すると多様な作業がありますが一連の流れを体感して頂き1つ1つの作業を丁寧に行って頂く事でご自身にとっても確実なステップアップが実感出来ます。】

難しい知識や技術は必要ありません。

未経験の方でもすぐに出来る簡単なお仕事(お弁当容器の準備や盛り付け)などから始めて頂き、少しずつ調理や仕込みなどより専門性の高いお仕事内容へとステップアップして頂きます。

ベテランの専門職員が丁寧にご指導致しますので安心してお仕事を始めることが出来ます。

・利用者及びその家族が希望する生活や利用者の心身状況等を把握し、適切な相談・助言・支援を行い、気持ちの面でもサポートします。

・一般就労に必要な知識・能力向上のため、一般社会生活に対応出来るよう生活リズムを作り、ルールを守る大切さを伝える等、必要な訓練を行います。

・障がい者福祉事業所として現在受けている他の障がい者福祉サービス事業所様との連携に対して積極的に関わり担当者会議の場所の提供などチームとしての支援を行います。

就業日、就業時間の相談可

分からないことや不安なことはスタッフがサポートしますので未経験の方でも安心して働けます。

見学、説明等、随時受け付けています。

適性等によって仕事内容を決定します。

浦安市にあるお弁当屋との業務提携により多くのご依頼主やお取引先よりご注文を受けております。今後も受注数は増やしていく予定です。

障害特性に合わせて専門の職員がしっかりフォローしていきますので、安心して仕事に集中できます。

・昼食自社商品一部負担(実費1食100円で召し上がれます。)

・精神や身体、知的障害、難病をお持ちの方で障害手帳をお持ちの方(手帳申請中OK)もしくは医師の診断書、受給者証をお持ちの方。

※就労継続支援 A 型事業所の応募にあたっては、お住まいの自治体において、A 型事業所の 利用について支給決定を受ける必要があります。

・継続的に就労が可能な18歳以上65歳未満の方

(※就労継続支援A型の利用規定に基づく年齢制限)

・雇用契約による勤務が可能な方

・働きたいという意欲をお持ちの方(週4日以上)

勤務時間・曜日:

・シフト制 月~金6:00-17:00の間で4時間以上

(基本シフト)6:00-10:00 7:30-11:30 8:00-12:00 10:00-14:00

※上記シフト以外の就業開始時間も相談可
