レセプト画像の取得業務を行う現場で、スタッフを支えながら業務を進めるSVポジションをお任せします。
入力や確認作業だけでなく、全体を見ながら調整する役割を担います。管理要素はありますが、過度なプレッシャーはありません。

まずは派遣としてスタートし、最大6ヶ月間の就業後、双方合意のもと直接雇用へ切り替わる紹介予定派遣です。
実際の業務内容や職場の雰囲気を確認した上で、アルバイト・パートとして続けるか判断できます。

最長6ヶ月の派遣期間満了後、双方合意の上で直接雇用に切り替わる契約形態です。
直接雇用後:アルバイト・パートのため契約内容による
【給与】
時給 1,600円
※交通費別途支給あり

時給1,600円~(スキルに応じて賃金決定)

【その他】
主に業務の進行管理やスタッフフォローを行うSV(スーパーバイザー)業務です。
事務業務を行う現場にて、データ処理や確認作業を行いながら、スタッフの取りまとめや業務が円滑に進むよう調整を行います。
これまでに事務センターやコールセンターでのSV経験、リーダー業務、スタッフ管理や教育に携わったご経験をお持ちの方は、スキルを活かして活躍できます。
一般事務や営業事務、総務事務などの経験を活かし、管理寄りの業務にステップアップしたい方にも向いています。
コールセンターや受付業務などで、問い合わせ対応や業務調整を行ってきた方も、SVとしての経験が活かせる環境です。
現場全体を見ながらサポートする役割のため、対人対応に慣れている方に適した業務内容です。
20代、30代の若手から、40代、50代のミドル層まで、幅広い年齢層のスタッフが在籍しています。
月15日勤務、平日のみの働き方を希望される方や、ハローワーク等で事務系SVのお仕事を探している方にもオススメです。
