【募集背景】

同社では、営業・顧客管理の基盤として Salesforce を全事業部で運用しています。

事業成長に伴い、・データ品質の向上・承認フローや権限設定の見直し・営業プロセスの改善・SAPやSansanとの連携強化・DX推進に向けた業務フローの再設計

など、Salesforceを使った業務改善ニーズが年々増えています。

これまでは最小限の体制で運用してきましたが、「もっとSalesforceを使いこなして業務を良くしていきたい」という現場の声が大きくなってきました。

そこで今回は設定変更~改善提案まで自走できる運用・導入メンバーを新たに迎え内製中心の改善体制を強化したい と考えています。

【職務内容】

営業やマーケティング部門と対話しながら、Salesforceを使った「業務改善」と「運用の安定化」を進めていただきます。

①Salesforce の運用・管理

・ユーザー/権限/ロールの設定・承認フロー・入力制御の設定・データ品質チェック、更新ルール整備・不具合・トラブル対応

日々の運用が滞りなく動く状態を保ちます。

②営業プロセスの改善・要件整理

・現場ヒアリング、課題整理・ワークフローの最適化・設定内容のレビュー・テスト・リリース 改善した内容が現場で確実に使われる環境です。

③レポート・ダッシュボード設計

・KPI指標の整理・営業活動の可視化 Salesforce活用度を高める中心業務です。

④改善提案・小規模プロジェクトの推進

・小規模改修を単独で推進(非開発中心)・Salesforceを軸にしたDX改善提案・SAP / Sansan / Webフォーム との連携検討 内製ならではの自分発の改善を実現できます。

【求める人材】

【必須】

・Salesforceの運用・管理経験(2年以上)

└ 権限設計、承認フロー、データ管理のいずれか

・レポート・ダッシュボード作成経験

・業務部門との調整・要件整理の実務経験

・小規模改修を自走できる方

【歓迎】

・Salesforce認定資格の保有(Admin / App Builderなど)

・Apex / LWC の基礎知識

・SAPやSansanとのシステム連携の知識

・業務改善・DX推進の経験

・大規模運用環境での保守経験

【給与】

年収600~840万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
