《仕事内容》

採用・集客を目的としたWeb広告の営業

※20代のマネージャー多数

【具体的には】

あなたにはWeb広告を通して、

ナイトワークのクライアント様の求人を

メインとした支援をお任せします。

一般的に知れ渡っているサービスから、

誰もが知っている有名サービスまで、

様々な媒体を活用しながら集客・採用の

サポートしていただきます。

この仕事の醍醐味は各店舗の魅力や課題を

踏まえた上、自分なりに工夫できること。

実際に働いているスタッフさんの

写真を使ったり、お店の雰囲気を

キャッチコピーに落とし込んだりしながら、

求職者の興味を引く広告を提案して下さい。

=業務の流れ=

  • お客様へのアプローチ

  • 電話でお困りごとをヒアリング

  • 訪問・提案

  • 効果事例やプランを紹介しつつ、

解決策を提案。

訪問件数は1日約2~3件です。

  • 受注・制作依頼
  • 制作スタッフに依頼し、

店舗の魅力が伝わる広告を作ります。

  • 効果報告・情報提供など
  • 広告の効果状況を確認し、お客様へ報告。

継続的な広告掲載に向けて必要であれば

改善提案やプランの変更なども行います。
