We are looking for a director to plan and promote the female VTuber group "Hololive English" or the male VTuber group "HOLOSTARS English" of the VTuber agency "HoloLive Production".

■Job Description

・Planning and planning events, managing progress, and verifying effectiveness

・Setting and managing growth strategies and goals for "Hololive English" and "HOLOSTARS English"

・Coordinating with staff from each department within the company

・Research for content creation

・Voice planning/production progress/script supervision/recording

Required Skills

・Experience managing progress for smartphone games, apps, web services, etc.

・Able to work independently from planning to implementation and verification in cooperation with various parties

・Business level English and Japanese proficiency

※Nationality does not matter All current team members are from outside Japan.

・Experience in project management and direction of entertainment content

・Experience planning and improving content based on data

・Someone with knowledge of trends among overseas entertainment users

・Experience negotiating with external creators

・Experience negotiating with overseas creators and production companies
