エステティックサロン向けに、サロンの特長に合わせて美容機器や化粧品をご提案する営業職です。

美容機器の正しい操作方法や化粧品の特長を生かす技術をレクチャーし、安全・安心な化粧品機器を販売いただきます。

全国のサロンの課題やニーズを把握し、サロンの発展をサポートすることで美容業界の発展に貢献できる、非常にやりがいのあるポジションです。

【具体的には…】

  • 既存サロンへのルート営業

全国の取引サロンへ訪問し、導入済み商品の使用状況や課題をヒアリングしながら、取引先にあわせた改善案や新商品をご提案します。

「滝川さんの商材なら安心して使える」「また相談したい」と頼られることが多く、信頼関係を深めながら伴走する働き方です。

  • 新規サロンへの商品提案

展示会や紹介を通じて、新しいサロンへの商材導入提案を行います。美容業界全体のトレンドやニーズに合わせて、サロンの売上に直結するメニューづくりを一緒に考えます。

  • 美容機器・化粧品の紹介

取り扱い商材は多岐にわたります。

・スチーマーなどのフェイシャル機器

・美容ライト脱毛器

・プロ専用業務用化粧品

・ホームケア化粧品 など

エステ業界を牽引してきたパイオニアとして、高品質な商品と技術情報をお届けできます。

商品の体験デモを行い、

「実感して納得した上で導入いただく」営業スタイルが特長です。

  • インストラクターとの同行

美容機器の導入時にはインストラクターと同行し、サロンスタッフへ技術指導を行います。営業は商品説明やメニュー提案など実務面を担当し、チームでサロンの成功を支えます。

  • 出張あり(月1〜数回)

担当エリアによっては 2泊3日〜1週間程度の出張があります。全国のサロンとの関係構築ができ、視野が広がる環境です。

【入社後の流れ】

  • 導入研修

商品知識・美容理論・営業基礎などを習得します。

  • 先輩同行営業

実際のサロン訪問に同行し、ヒアリング・提案・導入サポートの流れを学びます。

  • OJT形式の独り立ち

基礎が身についてきたら担当エリアを持ち、既存サロンのフォローから始めます。自分の提案が売上に繋がる楽しさを感じながら成長していけます。

  • 月1回:新商品勉強会

業界トレンド・製品の仕様・機能を学び、提案に活かせます。日々進化する美容業界の "今" をキャッチアップできる環境です。

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日

勤務時間:8:50~17:50(休憩1時間)

基本給:月給 19万3000円 〜

固定残業代:なし

1ヶ月あたり6万8000円 〜
