仕事内容:
生後6か月から2歳の子どもたちを対象とした保育園での看護業務をお任せします。
単なる医療ケアにとどまらず、保育サポートも含めた幅広い業務を通じて、
子どもたちの成長を身近で感じられるのが、この職場の大きな特徴です。
・体調不良やケガへの対応 子どもたちの急な体調変化に素早く対応し、保護者さんとの信頼関係を築きます。
・園内の安全環境づくり 日々の園内点検や環境整備を通じて、子どもたちが安心して過ごせる空間を整備します。
・衛生管理と指導 手洗い、うがい、食事時のマナーなど、子どもたちへの衛生指導を丁寧に行います。
・健康診断や検診の補助 医師と協力して、定期的な健康診断や歯科検診のサポートを担当します。
・生活サポート 食事、排泄、着替え、午睡時間など、子どもたちの基本的な生活ケアに携わります。
・保護者対応と記録 連絡帳や各種書類を通じて、保護者さんとのコミュニケーションを大切にします。
