実働時間:1日あたり7時間30分

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 23日

8:30~17:00(休憩1時間)

\基本残業なし/

繁忙期でも月20時間程度と

かなり少なめ

もちろん、急な発注対応などで

残業することもありますが、

基本的には定時に帰宅しています

基本給:月給 25万円 〜 35万円

固定残業代:なし

月間目標利益達成者に

報奨金の支給あり

月3万円プラスで支給

  • 賞与年2回(7月・12月)
  • 業績に応じて別途決算賞与あり
