・土日祝はお休み、平日のみ週5日勤務

・3カ月を目安に直接雇用への切り替え予定

・切り替え後は交通費支給もあり

仕事内容


集金代行サービスに関するご案内窓口のお仕事です。

担当業務は主に2種類あり、1つずつ業務習得していきます。

ステップアップできる現場です

担当業務は、

・集金代行サービスの利用検討されているお客様へのご案内。

資料請求された方へ架電をしヒアリング、見積もりのご案内を行います。

・集金代行サービス契約完了後のお客様へのご案内。

利用開始時期の確認や手続きに関する書類発生のご案内など利用に関するフォローを行います。

いずれも、同じサービスに関するお仕事となります。
