The Job
Your responsibilities will include:
- Development of new functions to deliver services to new customers
- Improvements and operation to make the product overwhelmingly easy to use
- Further development of new products
- Organize based on a deep understanding of the customer's business and various requests, and incorporate it into the ideal specifications
In terms of products, we already have multiple products, and there is a lot of room for growth in the future, and we have a wide range of development themes. It is an environment where you can take on challenges even in areas where you have no experience, if you are motivated.
The Profile
- Experience in proactively selecting the overall technology of a service (or function)
- Experience in API design / DB design as a backend engineer for commercial services on a certain scale
- Ability to design and develop with performance and scalability in mind
- Extensive knowledge of object-oriented software development, networking, memory management, and software testing
- Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and carry out product development
- 0-1 service launch experience or start-up experience
- Experience in developing and operating large-scale products, as well as improving technology selection and codebases.
- Experience in project management or team leadership
- Development and operation experience in Microservices architecture
- Knowledge and experience with Database (RDBMS/NoSQL), networking, Linux, monitoring systems, logging, operations, and SLO/SLA
- Knowledge in UI development
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of practical experience in software engineering.
