【仕事内容】

お泊りデイサービスにて、

夜間の見守りや調理補助をお願いします。

<具体的には…>

・夜間の見守り

・トイレへの誘導

・調理(湯煎や盛り付け、パンを焼く作業等)

・就寝、起床介助

・記録業務 など

~利用者もスタッフも大切にするデイサービス~

夜間の利用者様は7名前後。

介助が必要な方もいらっしゃいますが、

全体的にコミュニケーションが取れるので

体力の負担は少なく、続けやすいお仕事です。

業務を覚えるまでは

夜勤時も先輩スタッフが一緒に入り、

丁寧にサポートしますのでご安心ください。

入社後には実践研修があるので安心

調理に関しても

湯煎や盛り付けといったシンプルな作業ばかりなので、

普段家事をしないという方も安心ですよ。

介護未経験の方も安心してくださいね。

勤務時間・曜日:

19:00~翌8:00(休憩2時間)

※深夜帯は利用者は就寝しているため

見守り程度で負担は少ないのでご安心ください。
