【業務内容】

ZenStudioのメディアチームは、メディア関連プロジェクトやコンテンツ制作依頼の増加に伴い、着実に成長を続けています。チームのクリエイティブレベルをさらに引き上げ、幅広いプロジェクトに対応できる質の高いコンテンツの提供、そして映像編集とモーショングラフィックスのスキルを持つ優秀なプロフェッショナルを募集しています。

【給与】

月額:300,000~350,000円(これまでの経験と能力に基づきます)

• 1年目の給与(推定):420万~490万円
• 昇給:年1回
• 賞与:年2回(6月、12月)

【就業時間】

9:15~18:15(実働8時間/休憩1時間)

※フレックスタイム制度あり: 7:00~10:00の間で始業時間を選択可能。1日あたり最大2時間まで休憩取得可。

※入社後約2か月間の研修期間中は、標準勤務時間となります。

• Main Duties:

• Editing both long-form & short-form media

• Creating & animating custom motion graphics

Standard working hours: 9:15 AM – 6:15 PM (8 working hours / 1 hour break)

• Flextime available: Start work anytime between 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM, with up to 2 hours of break time per day.

【Must-Have Skills】

• Proven experience in video production/content creation in a professional setting
• Professional portfolio (including videos, photos, social media, graphics, etc.)
• Proficiency in English (TOEIC score over 800 if non-native)
• Video editing skills
• Extensive knowledge of color grading and log profiles.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro/Davinci (or similar software)
• After Effects/Fusion Proficiency (or similar software).
